What deserves attention?
Content quality, family choices, access and children’s growing independence.
FORMING · EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
A forum taking shape around one question: how can digital experiences make more room for play, movement and real-world relationships?

01 / WHY THIS CONVERSATION
Parents, educators, researchers and the people making digital content bring different experience to the same conversation. The Council’s proposed role is to put those perspectives in dialogue, examine evidence and challenge assumptions.
GameFit’s starting idea is that stories and games could invite children to continue an experience through physical, imaginative and social play. That is a direction to explore and test, not an outcome demonstrated by a GameFit pilot.
Our published Insights provide a starting point. Stories, games and programs remain in development. We welcome informed disagreement as well as shared interests.
Content quality, family choices, access and children’s growing independence.
Friendship, confidence, inclusive activities and the practical barriers families face.
Clear intentions, appropriate safeguards and credible ways to evaluate future ideas.
02 / PERSPECTIVES WE ARE SEEKING
These are invitations to contribute, not a confirmed membership roster. You do not need to represent an organization to express interest.
Bring the realities of everyday routines, access, independence and shared time.
Question the evidence, intended outcomes, limitations and safeguards.
Connect ideas with the practical conditions for participation and play.
Explore how stories, characters and design choices can invite an experience beyond the screen.
Consider credible ways to connect with young audiences and encourage participation.
Discuss where expertise, development capability or a future collaboration might fit.
03 / HOW PARTICIPATION COULD WORK
A first contribution could be a conversation about a research question, feedback on an editorial theme, a practitioner’s perspective, or a discussion about future content and testing. These are possible formats to explore together.
Council service is pro bono. Ambassador activity, development work and commercial projects are discussed separately. There is no fixed time commitment or project scope offered through this form; responsibilities would be agreed individually before work begins.
Submitting interest does not confirm membership, an ambassador role, a pilot or a partnership. Your name, organization and comments will not be presented as participation or endorsement without separate agreement.
Tell us your perspective, interests and where you could contribute.
GameFit reviews the inquiry and may follow up by email for an initial conversation.
Any role, contribution, timing or use of your name is agreed separately.
