The GameFit inquiry form is for adults aged 18 or older. It collects your name, email address, selected participation path, optional organization, and message. The Council page also asks for your role or background and an optional public profile or website link. We record the form’s entry page, consent confirmation and submission time. These details are stored to review your request and contact you about participation.

Requests are handled privately by the GameFit team. Submitting a request does not publish your name or enroll you as a Council member. Hosting providers process information needed to store submissions, deliver the website, and maintain its security. External sites, including Instagram and the private partner brief, have their own access and privacy arrangements.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, page use, and engagement with this website. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about your browser, device, and visit. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in our site configuration. We do not send invitation-form answers, names, or email addresses as analytics events. You can limit measurement through your browser controls or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Please do not submit children’s names, health information, or other sensitive personal details. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your interest, use the contact form and identify your earlier request. Do not include additional sensitive information.

Terms & notices

GameFit is developing entertainment concepts that connect stories and games with movement and shared play. Illustrations, game screens, proposed features, and pilot descriptions communicate development intentions. They do not establish that a product is available or that a particular outcome has been demonstrated.

GameFit Insights provides general editorial information. It does not provide individualized medical, psychological, or developmental advice. Research findings apply to the populations and conditions studied; cited research does not establish the effectiveness of GameFit.

The Council is forming; outreach categories and concept imagery are not a confirmed membership or ambassador roster. Public quotations and references are included for editorial context. They do not imply GameFit membership, partnership, participation, or endorsement. Council service is pro bono; ambassador, licensing, research, and commercial engagements are discussed separately.
